Career Opportunities Service Job Description Seeking experienced Copier Service Technicians to service Sharp brand copiers throughout the DC metro area. Successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, care and maintenance of state-of-the-art digital connected and stand alone office products. We seek talented individuals who exhibit high standards of productivity, quality, customer service, cooperation, attendance and professionalism. We prefer a two-year college degree or equivalent industry, military or trade school education with an emphasis on electronics or electromechanics. A working knowledge of PC operating systems and applications, plus a general knowledge of the use of test instruments and hand tools is required. Other desired skills and abilities include good mechanical comprehension, interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to work well under pressure. This position involves outside field service where considerable driving is necessary; a satisfactory DMV report is required. Seeking support technician to install, maintain, and repair a variety of office equipment such as copiers, fax machines and printers. This position requires above average customer services skills and the ability to work directly with various types of customers. Experience preferred by not required.
